The axe is one of the most iconic symbols of the Viking age. It was not just a weapon but also a daily tool carried by every Viking, symbolizing practicality and strength.

This sterling silver pendant takes the shape of a traditional Viking axe and features intricate designs of Jormungandr, the legendary Midgard Serpent.

Jormungandr, the colossal serpent, was cast into the sea by the gods and grew so immense that he encircles the world, holding his own tail. At Ragnarok, the end of days, he will release his tail, signaling his battle to the death with Thor.
