Description : What does this product represent?

Viking chiefs would gift arm rings to their warriors as a symbol of loyalty and honor, sometimes even swearing sacred oaths on these pieces. In modern Asatru, arm rings are still used to represent personal promises and commitments. This particular arm ring is modeled after Jormungandr, the Midgard Serpent, one of the children of Loki. In Viking mythology, Jormungandr represents the fears and challenges we must face.

According to legend, the gods cast Jormungandr into the ocean around Midgard, where it grew so large it encircled the world. Thor, the god of thunder, will one day face the serpent at Ragnarok. By wearing this arm ring, you channel the Viking spirit of confronting fears head-on, just as Thor will face Jormungandr in the final battle.

This arm ring is fully adjustable and features a design where the serpent grips a precious stone in its tail, a reminder that the greatest battles we face are often against our own fears.
