Mjolnir, the mighty hammer of Thor, is perhaps the most powerful and enduring symbol in all of Norse culture. Wielded by the thunder god to protect Midgard from the forces of chaos, it stood for strength, defense, and unwavering loyalty to the gods.

Wearing Thor’s Hammer wasn’t just a statement of faith it was a talisman. Even as the old gods gave way to new beliefs, Mjolnir remained. More than twice as many Mjolnir pendants survive from the Viking Age than any other symbol. It carried a message: the old ways still held strong.
